Cabbage Pepper Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise (lite or regular)
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Combine vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
Just before serving, add both mixtures to vegetables and mix thoroughly.
Makes 6 servings.
