Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-7 white potatoes
Salt, pepper to taste
1 8 oz. cream cheese
Paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes (without foil) until fork tender.
Cut in half. Scoop out potatoes into mixing bowl, reserve skins.
In bowl, mash potatoes, seasonings and cream cheese.
Place stuffed potatoes skins onto cookie sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven until heated through.
