1992 Farm And City Insurance Chili Cookoff First Place Winner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 chicken stir-fry, cubed
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. pork stir-fry, cubed
    1 lb. beef stir-fry, cubed
    2 lb. ground sirloin
    1 carrot, diced
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 can whole tomatoes and liquid
    2 cans chicken broth
    5 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. beer (go ahead, put the whole can in)
    1 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation
    Brown cubed meat in cooking oil.
    Add ground meat and brown. Add onion, carrot, garlic, celery and green pepper; stir until limp.
    Add balance of ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for at least one hour.
