Caulipuff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. minced scallions
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 large eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook cauliflower until very tender and drain.
In blender, whirl together cauliflower, egg yolks, milk and salt until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually fold in cauliflower mixture, scallions and cheese.
Spread over bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven until set, 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
