Chicken Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

skinless chicken
mesquite marinade
picante sauce
sliced onions and jalapenos
Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Marinate the chicken and grill until light brown.
Place in saucepan with picante sauce, onions and peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover with cheese and continue to bake until cheese melts.
