Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    1 can peaches halved
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick butter in baking pan.
    In a bowl, mix together, flour, shortening, milk, baking powder, and salt, into until dough is soft.
    In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil.
    Set aside.
    Roll out dough and cut into strips.
    Form strips into cups and place in baking pan.
    Fill each cup with one-half peach.
    Pour sugar and water mixture over cups.
    Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
