Ingredients

2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. crumbled biscuits (one 10 count can refrigerated biscuits), bake according to package directions and crumble
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Add crumbled biscuits and raisins, stirring well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 9 servings.
