Summer Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil (sometimes I use part italian dressing)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt (I omit)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Accent
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. cooked rotini noodles
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients in blender.
    Add rotini noodles. Mix all together then let set overnight; add green peppers, red peppers, cauliflower, cucumbers, carrots, (any raw vegetable you like).
