Beef Stroganoff(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef (round steak)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. fat
    3 onions, sliced thin
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. bouillon
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    Toss in flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat and onions in 3 tablespoons fat.
    Add tomato juice, bouillon and sugar; reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender. Blend in sour cream, mushrooms and wine.
    Heat, but don't boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
