Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
    Stir in eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Blend in flour, soda, salt, powder, cloves and cinnamon.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean at 350\u00b0.
    Very good.
