Holiday Chocolate Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except the flour and cocoa.
    Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes).
    Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
    Shape rounded teaspoonfuls as desired (1-inch balls) or use cookie press.
    Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes or until done.
