Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut in serving pieces, washed and patted dry
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil or garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 eggs
    6 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a cookie sheet with 1 teaspoon of margarine.
    Melt the rest in a small pan.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, cheese and spices.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg-milk mixture; roll in flour mixture.
    Arrange on baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with remaining coating.
    Pour melted margarine over top.
    Bake for 60 to 75 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
