Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Japanese vegetables or Oriental
    1 box frozen pea pods (optional)
    1 can mushrooms
    cashews
    3 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 or 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces; flour and brown chicken.
    Cook vegetables.
    Stir in vegetables, mushrooms and pea pods.
    Add water and chicken bouillon if more juice is needed.
    Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Add nuts.
    Serve over rice.
