Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. egg whites (about 6)
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 3 (8-inch) round cake pans. Line the bottom with waxed paper cut to fit, then grease the waxed paper.
