Cocoa Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. softened oleo
2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 c. carbonated cola
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cola and marshmallows, in a large bowl.
Blend at low speed.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add cola. Blend well. By hand, stir in marshmallows.
Pour in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool about 30 minutes.
Spread with icing.
