Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add pumpkin, oil and water.
Add sifted ingredients (flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar).
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour pans.
Makes 2 large or 4 small loaves.
