Double Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Remove from mixer and stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
    Pour into 2 greased and floured layer pans or one 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers, 35 to 40 minutes for the 13 x 9-inch pan or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
