Irish Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover pork, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chow mein noodles
    cooked rice
    leftover or pkg. gravy
    salt and pepper to taste (soy sauce is salty and you may not need any extra salt)
    1/2 c. cut up celery
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add cut up pork.
    When nicely browned, add soy sauce and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, adding 1 cup of water to keep moist.
    Add gravy; heat through.
    Serve over rice with chow mein noodles on top.
