Kielbossi(Charlie Billus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. pork butt
    3 lb. ham or picnic
    2 1/2 oz. salt
    1/2 oz. pepper
    4 bay leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sage, ground
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 glasses water
Preparation
    Grind (coarse ground) meat (butt and ham); add seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Stuff in casing.
    Freeze.
    Cook as you do any kielbossi.
