Mike'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 jumbo mushrooms
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. raw shrimp, cut into bite size pieces
    1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms off with paper towel to clean.
    Scoop out inside of mushroom (everything) and reserve it.
    Create a hollow. Chop up insides of mushrooms; mix with bread crumbs, melted butter, 3/4 of the cut up shrimp and salt and pepper.
    (A few more bread crumbs may be needed to form a solid ball.)
    Form into ball and gently press into hollow of mushroom.
    Place a few reserved shrimp (whole) on top of a few mushrooms.
    Place in baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until whole shrimp turn pink.
