Jill'S Seafood Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. shrimp, cut in pieces
    4 oz. scallops
    4 oz. crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tomato, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1 lb. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    In frypan, saute diced tomato, onion, garlic and green pepper. In a separate pan, cream together half and half and cheeses.
    Add seafood and spices to vegie mixture.
    Saute until cooked, on low, and cover.
    Drain excess liquid.
    Add vegetable and seafood mixture to cheese sauce.
    Serve over egg noodles.
    Serves 2.
