Scalloped Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. warm milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt the butter. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes after it comes to a boil. Add the salt toward end of cooking time.
Add more milk if it becomes too thick.
