Fruit Basket Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling white grape juice
1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. lemon jello
3 c. club soda
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 c. green grapes
1 c. red grapes
1 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation

Stir boiling grape juice into gelatin in medium bowl for 2 minutes, or until dissolved.
Stir in club soda, lime juice and orange juice.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, or until thickened.
Stir in grapes and strawberries.
Pour into a 6-cup mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold; garnish with additional fruit.
Makes 12 servings.
