Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. each mayonnaise and plain yogurt)
    4 green onions
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    The night before serving cut up, fry and drain bacon.
    Cut up green onions and mix with mayonnaise and pepper and refrigerate. Break up cauliflower buds and mix with the mixture.
