Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage (about 10 c.)
1 shredded carrot
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper and salt. Let stand 1 hour.
Place in sauce pan the vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Cool.
