Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
    Add Wesson oil, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla and nuts. Grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Fill evenly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be served as slices or spread slices with cream cheese and cut in quarters.
    Will keep well in freezer.
