Creamed Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. diced turkey
Preparation

Saute in skillet butter, onion and celery until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add 4 cups milk; cook until it is thick.
Add 4 cups diced turkey.
Serve over toast or toasted buns.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
