Oven Stew (Beef Or Venison) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. stew meat
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 or 2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of allspice or cloves
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 potatoes, cut in chunks
    6 carrots, cut in bite-size chunks
    1 onion
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients (except potatoes, carrots and onion) for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Add potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Bake for another 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
