Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sliced peaches
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix together 1/3 cup sugar and cornstarch.
    Add peach slices and coat well.
    Cook peach mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until peaches are tender and mixture is thickened.
    Stir frequently; set aside.
    Mix together Bisquick, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter until stiff.
    Can add 1 more tablespoon of milk if mixture is too stiff.
    Pour peach mixture into greased casserole.
    Pour Bisquick mixture on top in dollops.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over top of cobbler.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
