Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can crab
1 (8 oz.) cube cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. chopped celery
4 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Just slightly warm the mushroom soup in pan.
Add the gelatine which has been softened in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise and blend well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill for several hours.
Serve with crackers.
