Sandwich Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    10 slices cheese
    4 large eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Make 4 sandwiches using some of the mustard and 2 slices of cheese for each.
    Place side by side in prepared pan.
    With a fork, beat eggs, milk and salt in a bowl until well blended.
    Pour over sandwiches.
    Cut remaining 2 slices of cheese in half.
    Place 1 piece of cheese on each sandwich.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24.
    Cook at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 minutes; remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
