Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until thick and lemon color.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in greased and floured pan.
    Baking time may vary according to size of pan.
    Test with toothpick.
