Creamy Strawberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
2 large eggs
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly
graham cracker crust

Preparation

In medium bowl, beat together until smooth, the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, lemon rind and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
