Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 slices crumbled bacon
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion over the bottom of the pie shell.
    Beat eggs and half and half and spices.
    Pour into a pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
