Chicken And Three Peppers Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken, drained
1 c. green, red or yellow pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 medium clove garlic, minced
salad greens
Preparation

In a medium bowl, gently stir together chunk chicken and peppers.
In a cup, stir together olive oil, vinegar, basil, oregano and garlic.
Pour dressing over chicken and peppers.
Toss gently and serve on salad greens.
Makes 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
