Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
    3 (4 oz) premium semisweet chocolate baking bars, broken into chunks
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. egg substitute
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. all purpose flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    1.
    Brush 15 muffin cups with 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with cocoa shaking out excess.
    Place in refrigerator to firm butter.
