Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix all ingredients well and pour into dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. While cake bakes, make the Buttermilk Sauce to pour over when it comes from the oven.
