Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups canola oil
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Blend sugar and canola oil. Add eggs and pumpkin. Blend. Add nuts and raisins.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Blend well.
Bake in ungreased bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan.
