Scallops And Asparagus In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. scallops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 can asparagus, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Add scallops and cook 10 minutes; drain.
    Place scallops and mushrooms in buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients (except cheese).
    Blend until smooth.
    Add asparagus and cover with mixture.
    Top with cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
