Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare fettuccine as package directs.
    In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine; stir in flour, broth, basil, garlic powder and pepper.
    Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in chicken; heat through.
    In large serving bowl, combine hot cooked fettuccine and sauce; toss to coat.
    Serve immediately with cheese.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
