Spaghetti Sauce (Canned) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomato
    3 lb. onion
    4 green pepper (sweet)
    3 hot pepper
    1 garlic bulb
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt (coarse)
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    10 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Extract juice from tomatoes.
    Cook with tomatoes for 1 1/2 hours.
    Then add oil, sugar, salt, oregano, basil and tomato paste.
    Cook for 45 minutes and seal.
    Cold pack 50 minutes.
