Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Salt and pepper potatoes.
    Pare and dice potatoes.
    Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender.
    Scald milk. Add oleo and milk to potatoes and reheat.
