Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Wesson oil and eggs.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix both together and add carrots and nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
