Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bag dry stuffing, divided
    pepper to taste
    1 carrot, finely grated
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Pour in half of stuffing.
    Mix the squash, onion, soup, sour cream, carrot and pepper; spoon mixture over top of stuffing.
    Top with remaining stuffing; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
