Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. apricot nectar
1 box lemon Jell-O (regular size)
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Put cake mix into large mixing bowl.
Add the Jell-O, egg yolks, apricot nectar, oil and lemon extract.
Beat well.
Beat egg whites separately and fold into the batter.
Pour into well-greased and floured tube cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
While cake bakes, prepare glaze.
