Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    6 (6 oz.) cans water
    2 small pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 jar mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 pt. cottage cheese, lo-cal
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain.
    Add tomato paste, water and spaghetti sauce mix.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cover with a layer of noodles and add more sauce.
    Layer 1/2 of all the cheeses and the remaining noodles. Add the rest of the beef sauce and cheeses.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let set 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
