Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cubed and cooked
    1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
    1 large container sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine cooked potatoes, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and margarine while potatoes are still warm.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, cook potatoes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and the top of the potatoes have browned.
    Serves a fairly large crowd (12 to 15).
