Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. grated carrots, drained on paper towel
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese (room temperature)
Preparation

With mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in vegetables.
Better if refrigerated overnight before serving.
