Cashew Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. raw cashews
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
Preparation
    Blend
    all
    ingredients
    until
    creamy.
    Add 1 1/2 cups more water.
    Blend.
    Cook over low to medium heat until thick. Serve with patties or loaf.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
