Irish Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 oz. butter
    4 oz. flour
    milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with a little milk to make a stiff dough.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into shapes with a small round cutter.
    Cook on both sides on a hot plate or griddle until brown.
    Serve with lashings of butter, bacon and eggs.
